Kristal: A Tradition of Many Years
Many years ago, in 1938 when our company started operating in the most
important Mediterranean city, İzmir, it had the prominent feature: that of being
the very first producer of Riviera type olive oil in Turkiye.
For the very first time we had offered to our customers a healthy and high
quality packed product and at the same time effected the very first olive oil
export. We, as Ticaret ve Sanayi Kontuvarı T.A.Ş., still have this privilege and
pride born with the Kristal trademark.
Our experienced staff apply the fundamental rule of "high quality
products" which has a great role in spreading the habit of consuming olive oil
which is also considered to be excellent healthwise and recommended by medicine.
This is now a rooted habit that has been going on for years and established by
the Kristal products that have been used trustfully for several generations.

In the Kristal trademark, nature and tradition seem to meet with a concept
of craftmanship full of love and renunciation... A staff of 220 with 140 of them
in production units: all of whom have acquired the principle of "quality" and
the concept of "perfect service"...
A main plant erected over an area of 20.000 m2: integrated into nature
itself and conscious of ecological balances and human health...
A capacity of 25.000 tons per year: a separate sensitivity at every stage of
production...
All such particularities reveal the key words constituting the philosophy of our
company, that is: quality production, reliable distribution and constant
